May 6, 2017, 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM @ Silvermine Elementary School
Join us for a walk in Silvermine on Saturday, May 6, 2017! Meet at 8:00am at the Silvermine Elementary School parking lot, and embark on a walk through the scenic neighborhood by 8:10am. The walk should last approximately 90 minutes, and the reward will be an optional breakfast afterwards at the Silvermine Market.
Inclement weather does not cancel the walk. Wear comfortable walking shoes and weather appropriate clothing. Well behaved dogs on leashes are welcome to join! We’ll provide information on how to warm up and safe walking guidelines.
This walk is hosted by the Healthy for Life Project, a coalition of organizations, agencies, and community members from the Greater Norwalk area. Join us for Silvermine walks led by local walk leaders on the first Saturday of each month! For more information about community walks in Norwalk, visit: http://www.norwalkct.org/1353/NorWALKER
